The staff were great and the services were excellent. Got absolutely fantastic and quiet room with a great jet tub and a comfortable king bed, as for instance - always come in handy. The breakfast was excellent and in such a comfy restaurant.

The hotel was in a peaceful location, in the library in front of a roaring fire on NYE. In the evening we visited Buen Gusto Pupuseria, set a short way from the property. The room was absolutely fantastic and quiet with a great jet tub, a comfortable king bed and safety measures included smoke detectors.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town, which made it convenient to explore all the attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some entertainment in the evenings. The on-site dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, offering delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. My recent stay at Hotel Pattee was exceptional. The themed rooms were beautifully decorated and the hotel's interior architecture was stunning. The attention to detail by the management was evident, and the cost of the room was very reasonable. The small town feel of Perry Iowa added to the charm of the experience. I highly recommend this unique hotel.

Its location is particularly good, close enough to the center of town, and the bike path. Also, Iowa Fire Museum is just a short distance away. The rooms are unique and huge, and are complete with a comfortable king bed and a great jet tub, for instance.

the beautifully restored boutique hotel exceeded our expectations during our celebrating anniversary. The themed room was delightful, the hotel was clean and quiet, and we loved the buffet breakfast they provided.
